We only collect the details you enter in the contact form yourself: name, email address, phone number (optional) and the content of your message.

For spam protection we also store a technical sender identifier, which is a one-way hash derived from the IP address. The IP address itself is not stored and the original address cannot be recovered from the hash.

The data is used solely to reply to your enquiry, prepare a quote and agree on the work.

The legal basis is pre-contractual steps and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries. The data is not used for marketing without your separate consent.

Messages are kept for as long as handling the enquiry requires, and no longer than two years, after which they are deleted. You may request deletion earlier.

We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for marketing purposes.

The data is stored on the servers of the site's technical service provider within the EU. The provider processes it only to keep the site running.

This site uses no analytics or marketing cookies and does not track visitors. Fonts and images are served from our own server, so no data about your visit is sent to third parties.

The only data stored in the browser is the administrator's login session, created only when the company's administrator signs in. It is strictly necessary and does not require consent.

You have the right to access your data, request correction or deletion, and object to processing.
